Expected salary based on current salary

As per title, got offer from company, was told their initial budget was 10k, asking for 9k, but due to my current salary let say 5.5k, they said the expected salary is too high,

Sadly my company didnt give increment this year due to covid. Also i got skillset for siem which not many grasp in malaysia yet. So im certain that i can expect that salary based on their budget initially.

Mana tau dia compare my current salary which doesnt make sense. This is why salary should be P&C, but HR in Malaysia love to ask for it. So asking for HR in /k how does thst works?

Salary suppose to match skillset and working experience. Not by previous salary. Its just doesnt make sense to me.

Hi, so my car battery need to be replace this month. I google around and stumbled with this 4S Professional battery. Im amazed with the 24 months warranty.

Initially i wanted to try the amaron pro, but after i saw this brand my hand itchy to try since the CCA of this battery higher than other and 2 years warranty.

Anyone in /k have any experience with this brand?

Why got shop charge extra 2-3% if we use cc

As far as i know, terminal charge will be absorb by the merchant not the customer. I check at lowyat garage most of them charge 2-3% if use cc or debit. U expect ppl to carry 5k onhand ah?

Is this legal?

Ps: i want to buy new laptop, check garage sale most of them chaege 2-3% if use cc or debit.

As per title, I would like to get IT certification through online or more specifically using udemy. Can i use it in my resume and does HR actually consider this as official cert or only those cert that we get from joining class and local certificate exam?

Hello brothers and sisters. I'm 25 years old and had working exp for around 3 years. I had degree in CS course but my first job is more towards to technical things. My salary is around RM2.7k, with milage claim and so on can get around RM3.3-3.5k. But until now still contract, not permanent, no bonus, no OT pay. I had enough, as i made my decision to tender last month.

After graduate I dont know what I'm interested or have passion to, but now I know I love networking, server and SQL. I have experience troubleshooting IBM servers, cisco router and so on. My current job more like technical support. How can I get a job more towards, networking, server SQL Vmware and so on. Do I really need to get the certs??

Seeing post about getting 5k in 25-26 years old really make me down. Or do I need to start from bottom = meaning go programming? Any advise? I really need some lights or direction now. Feeling lost.

Hello, can i know what is the service interval for 250cc bike and above? And how much per service?

Currently use my beloved 6 years old lc, thinking wanna upgrade to 250cc coz frequently use highway. How much is the service?

The story is like this. In contract clearly state 9-6pm job. But in reality its from 9-12am. Although its stanby job where u only need to go if u are being called.9-6pm. already call hr, why i need to work till 12am and not like in contract, hr said its according to the manager of my department? Wtf man..mean that u alter everyshit u put in contract.

all staff working 9-6pm and 6-12 are shift rotation, means one person perweek need to stanby. Weekend also shift mean Saturday and sunday 9-12 alternate weekend.

And no farking OT. Not being sissy or what but I think its abusing the law. And no bonus altho not taking any mc for 2 years.

Now looking for better job. But if i can i want to report this company to labour law enforcement and i read there is whistleblower protection act.

Surely if report the company hr will butthurt and will find the person who report. Is there any channel that can hide my identity while reporting this chinaman company?

Please advise what can i suggest to my friend.

1. Snoring when sleep. Farking people snor from the front row,can hear till end of row. Feel wanna slap and run back to my seat as its night now.

2. Sohai people who cannot sleep with their head stay still. Always landing on your shoulder. If amoi or awek i don't mind tho.
