Total cost is Rm2767, isit worth it and cost efficient?

decided to upgrade my desktop to ply games, mostly dota2 and csgo, would like to play fallout4 and witcher 3 too at medium to low settings

Cpu:Intel Core I3-2120 3.30ghz

Ram: 2x2gb DDR3 samsung (would like to replace them for 8gb)

Gpu:AMD Radeon HD6450

Mobo:Genuine Dell GDG8Y, M5DCD, MIH61R Inspiron 620s Small-Tower Optiplex 390 Tower Motherboard Logic Main Board Intel H61 (not really sure)

would really need opinion as to which part should I change as Im currently planning to get a GTX750 TI or Radeon R7 360, but I dont know if the mobo and casing would fit

Case: Reusing old case, recommendations are welcomed
