Drinking 4 litres of milk, a gallon, per day

Has anyone heard of this diet called GOMAD (Gallon of milk a day)? Search this word(GOMAD) on Google to see what's it about. Or if you've read the Starting Strength book, you would have come across it.

It's supposedly for people who wants to gain weight and muscles. On top of doing the Starting Strength routine, the person then drinks a gallon of milk a day, plus normal food. For how many weeks or months the person has to continue drinking a gallon of milk per day, I'm not sure.

I would like to gain muscles too and I think I'm quite underweight for my height. My question is if this diet is suitable? Milk in supermarkets is really expensive. One liter of HL/Marigold fresh milk is already around RM7. One gallon of milk is around 4 litres(to be exact, its 3.78541 litres, but I would just make it 4 litres) so you would have to buy 4 packets per day. That's RM28 per day. Multiply by 30 days and it's around RM800 a month.

Anyone try this GOMAD before?

Selling off these 3 men's perfume

Item(s): (1) Chanel Allure Homme 50ml (2)Chanel Allure Homme Sport 50ml (3) YSL L'Homme 50ml

Package includes: The perfume itself together with it's original box.

Price: RM180 for each. Original prices for these 3 perfumes was around RM250++, I bought from the official stores.

Warranty: -

Dealing method: COD only. Preferably around Subang/PJ/KL.

Location of seller: Subang Jaya.

Contact method/details: PM or reply in this thread.

Age of item: Item (1) Bought 8 months ago.
Item (2) Bought 6 months ago.
Item (3) Bought 1 month ago .
---

Item(s) conditions: For each of these three bottles, I have only used less than 5 sprays. So there's still a lot more of the perfume.

Picture: I would attach pictures of the three bottles if anyone is interested.

Reason for sale: I bought the two Chanel perfumes from the official Chanel boutiques, and the YSL from the YSL counter in Parkson. I want to sell it because I have become bored of these 3 perfumes. And also because I've stopped using perfume often.
What time of the day do you lift weights?

When's the best time to be lifting weights at the gym? I want to lift in the morning, but I was thinking whether it's better to lift at 7 a.m or around 9.30 a.m. Or would evening be better?

Any advice please?
