resetting my UNIFI router

i'm trying to reset my UNIFI TP-link router because i forgot my router admin password which i changed months ago
i have the paper that UNIFI gave me that contains all the log-in info and all , i resetted once on my old router
it's easy , now i have my "Free" router/modem upgrade to TP-link router which have more things to fill in (different UI and all)

i'm too afraid to mess things up since no one is working ,and i'm not sure that the technicians change my @unifi password??
and what about HyppTV , do i need key in the id/pass and all?? because i change my Hypptv STB before, it needs technician to setup.

Need someone to talk to regarding life and situations im facing.

-preferably someone who is older ( with different views in life and experience)
-must have some free time to read and write and so

Hi maxis

i'm facing the same problem as this guy https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/3746091/all
and i know i won't get back my RM 2.

i already send "STOP"
but i hope to avoid the same thing happen in the future, is there something i can do
or something maxis can do to block such spam/scam ..where user never register for such services....
