Hey ,

I want to modify the boost channel of my Smarvo gs2 40 watt amp because it sounds pretty bad . Do you know where i can get it modified? I have asked Ceriatone and they dont do slid state amps.

Alright , after much thought , i've decided to ditch Zoom G2 and go for single effects . Bacause all i really need is distortion , delay , wah and maybe chorus

So for my first pedal , i wanna get distortion first.

which one is suitable for me ?

BD-2 Blues Driver (rm?)
or
Ds-1 Distortion (rm198)
or
Ds-2 Turbo Distortion(rm?)
or
Os-2 Overdrive/Distortion(rm?)

I play rock and blues kinda music (non metal) and budget around rm300

Hey,

I'm regretting having my amp now... my amps a smarvo 40 watt amp with 2 channels ( boost and normal channel ) . I dunno how to explain this but i wanna have gain ,shape and presence while using the normal channel so tht i can adjust the treble and all tht . Is there a way to do this or do i have to get effects ?

What effects are good? should i get zoom G2 or just a distortion pedal ?

hey im thinking of getting a cheap multi effects board for my godin sd ... im stuck between zoom g1x and g2

the g1x - rm300
- its made of plastic and looks really cheap ( not sure whether it'll last )
- it's got expression pedal

the g2 - rm400+
- foot switch made of metal
- newer model but no expression pedal
- its looks hotter and somehow i trust it more to last ( maybe it's because
the metal ....durgh)

which 1 do you think i should get... im trying to save as much money as i can

im planning to get my first electric guitar . I listen to my chemical romance , rooster , led zep and rozorlight ( they all use LP ) and i want to get thier tone and sound .

harmony is selling epip lp std for 2060 without case but they dont have ebony so they can order for me from swee lee but he wont give me any discount and my dad doesnt want to pay so much for a china made guitar... he wants me to get godin ( which i dont like )

can any pro like help me out and bargain ?

Either Laney amp or Roland amp ... not sure ( about 400-500 )

Im sure about the LP but are laney amps good for my chemical romance and blues type sound ? looking at the laney 35 watt amp

Hey , I am planning to get a epiphone les paul standard from woh fatt soon . Some people have said that you can bargain in Woh Fatt... one guy said that i should bargain like my life's on the line.

Ive heard they threw in a hardcase together with an epip lp 100 for someone...thts sweet

So please share you skills of bargaining ... Im trying to get them to throw in a bag and strap . ..

HEy i just came back from 'the guitar store' in sri hartamas and i saw this Godin guitar tht was just sweet..it had tremelo , S-S-H pickups , LP like body but with strat head...for rm1800 ... is it good?

at first i wanted to get sx but the guy said may need to change the fret thing every 3 years or something like tht...

so i tought ok...epiphone then...but the guy said epiphone now made in china and quality dropped

so now im not sure what to get...

I need to have

-H-S-H pickups or those humbuckers tht look like 2 single coil side by side ...
-5-way selector switch
-LP like body

is Godin guitars good?

hello , im using tmnet streamyx rm 66 package , when i just got it , i could stream videos with browser in just a few minutes . Now i cant....

also , i just downloaded winmx , shareaza and limewire and they all cant seem to connect ...only ares can connect

Hey , I thought about selling my psp and buying a music /video player . I need something nothing less than 10 gb , plays wma ( optional ) , video playback and about rm1000 . I want something reliable and good quality sound and video and also good battery ( most likely branded stuff ). not too small and not too big .

the only thing i can think of is the Apple Ipod video but i think its 1500....my max budget is 1100 - 1300

HEy yo people ,

I was sitting around chillin out with my guitar , listening to music and clapping to the beat . Then something came to my mind , something incredible ... be4 this i constantly thought about girls ( im a boy btw ) and ps3 and ps5 but after i started playing guitar , heck id rather have a crap guitar than some PS3 and i thought less about girls....hmmm

so im just wondering what guitar has done to other people...

oh and 1 question , do you guys know whats the circumference of gibson LP neck , im just curious.

im 15 , been playing acoustic for awhile now and thinking of buying an elec guitar and i love rock music .

the guitar i have in mind is epiphone LP standard which is about rm1900 (?)...

i read a post in the ' musical instruments prices ' thread and one guy said that its very hard to find epip guitars in malaysia .... that was like 2005

anothers question...does swee lee guitar shop provide shipping to malaysia? cos ive been to their website and found the guitar i wanted...
