What can I do?

Hi, I need some legal or any advice from labor experts or experienced professionals here when it comes to income taxes. Our company closed July last 2019. Before the company totally closed they had us go to our respective LHDN to have our tax records cleared, and so I did and I was cleared. By August, we received our last pay together with our severance pay. Before I left Malaysia, I bought a laptop and was not able to file for tax refund claim. Fast forward January of last year, I came back to Malaysia for my new work. Last November, we were asked to provide document for visa renewal. So I went to LHDN again to ask if I can have a reassessment and check if I can file for a claim for the laptop I bought. I was given a representative and he accepted. Reassessment report came and instead of getting a small tax refund, I was told that I instead owe them RM19xx.xx To my surprise, I was told that there was a misdeclaration of my income for 2019. My company reported that my total taxable income for 2019 was RM6x,xxxx,xx but my company only remitted 5x,xxx.xx and that was the reason that I owe money to LHDN.

I then tried emailing my previous company but they are denying assistance to me. I was told by the finance dept that they don't have any idea whether I received any other compensation after our company closed. I told them how can I have income if I don't have work visa and that I left for Thailand on August. Also, how can I misdeclared my tax e-filing when they are the one who did it. So now I am obligated to pay the penalty for something I didn't do. And they stopped responding to me.

Is there any place that I can ask for help with regard to this? Any advise on what i can do? RM19xx.xx is definitely a big amount for me. Thanks guys!

Cliptec RZB-737 Bluettoth Dongle

Hi guys! I tried searching for any topics about this brand of bluettoth dongle. I found 1 but no solution found or atleast I tried all suggestions given. I have the RZB-737 bluetooth. It was supposed to be plug n' play but nothing happens when I connect it to my PC. Tried to download the driver from the website but aborts when installing. Tried to use the 32-bit driver, it installs but it's not detecting it.
Please help. Thanks!
