Hi,

I am very new at this and really don't know about how is the process and so what not in buying a property.

Currently I am looking for a house for stay purpose. Looking around Kajang area and stumble upon a project in Kajang 2. Went around and looking, looks like most advertisement referring the project as Kajang 2. When I contact the so called sales representative they say this project don't have the name yet. But they open for booking already. They say this the pre-launch one cheap, a lot people booking already and etc.

My questions is; is it a norm practice people pay for booking for some project (to secure unit before launching) that don't even have name yet?

I check with the so called developer, yes they say going to built the project, but not in the near time. All sales people saying that the launching will be in August 2016.
