Dear all / teachers,

As per subject title above , FORM 4 and FORM 5 in 2018 are still using dual languages for science subjects (physics,chemistry,biology, science) , for national schools/national type schools , Malaysian Government Schools .

Dear all Sifus ,

I need some advice especially from the experts in Industrial Law or Lawyers . By Black and White Contract (Permanent Employee ) , it clearly states that both parties need to give 1 month notice .

Is it possible that once the employee tenders his resignation (wiling to serve the 1 month ) , but the employer would issue letter saying that they do not require your service anymore , you may leave ( fix a date : may be one week later the employees has tendered officially) . In short, the employer would pay till the last day of work ( but shorter than 1 month period ).

Is that lawfuly ? Can the employees insist that the 1 month period is compulsory ?

Just Kidding

At the end of a job interview , the manager asks a young engineer fresh out of university :" and what salary package are young looking for?"

The engineer replies : " in the region of $125,000 a year depending on the benefits package."

The manager says :" Well, what would you say to a package of five weeks' vacation, 14 paid holidays,full medical and dental, retirement fund of monthly 50% of last drawn salary , a company car ,says ,a red Corvette?"

The engineer sits up straight and says:" wow! Are you kidding?"

The Manager replies :"Yeah, but you started it"

The joke above by the Star is to perli all the fresh engineering graduate for demanding Rm 10000/month.

Typical f******* china-man boss mentality perpetuated by china-man's media . This reminds me in 2012 when I was only was asking for RM2500 as fresh yet the hiring manager was like giving 1000000000 excuses to say I did not deserve RM30k/year.

To all fresh grads especially those with a genuine professional degree like engineering, accounting and etc with no financial burden/debt , please start demanding, say RM2500 at least .

To those who are desperate and have to get a job once grad , please jump/hop as soon as you get the opportunity .

Anybody knows how to integrate

(x^2)*(1+x^2)^(1/2) ?

I have tried integration by parts, trigonometric substitution and all the tecniques. It didnt go well...................................................
