Any traders from Kuala Lumpur here?

As I am trying to begin my journey of (day)trading the mini Dow (YM), I find that the only thing that is stopping me is the quality of the internet connection here!

I cannot trade at home, cos although my connection is supposedly 1Mbps, I cannot even connect to my broker! Speedtest.net DOWNLOAD results to Chicago is a mere 2xx + kbps, which is appaling.

I am currently trying to survey to see if many Malaysians (from KL and the Klang valley) are suffering from the same connection problems that may be affecting their profitability, and are in need of quality broadband.

What I can offer:

1) An office space with up to 10Mbps of clear channel broadband, for the first 2.5 - 3 hours of the US market trading hours. This office is complete with desks, chairs and air conditioning.

2) Price = free until December 25th 2008! After that, if the take up rate is sufficient, the monthly 'rent' (yet to be determined) shall be borne equally by all the traders who would like to continue trading in the office (including myself).

What you need to provide:

1) Your own laptop for trading
2) Obviously, your own broker and trading platform, charting etc.
3) Your commitment to trading successfully without worrying about the quality of the internet connection.

Limitations (respect for other traders):
1) NO P2P, torrents, bandwidth sucking applications in the trading room!
2) NO children allowed - distraction!

The location is in Shah Alam, near the Bukit Raja exit on the NKVE.
