Freeze and Force Restart

lolxofking — Thu, 22 Oct 2020 20:54:07 +0800

Hi, I recently experienced some problem on my PC

Every time I turn on and if I run any games or software that consume graphic card, after a few minutes it goes Freeze and Audio got messed up and I have to force restart the PC.
And it got weird that every 1st time I force restarted, it back to normal and I can play games or run any software without the freeze issue.
Anyone know how to fix this problem or it is the PSU or graphic card problem?
Really appreciated if anyone could help

Game Shuttering, FPS drop and forced restart

lolxofking — Thu, 26 Mar 2020 22:05:10 +0800

Hi Guys,

I faced a problem of Game shuttering, little buzzing game sound and sudden drop in FPS and make my computer become laggy.
Normally this condition appear straight once I start my games (Normally I just played Dota 2, NBA, PUBG) and all from Steam.
GPU will run up to 100% when the problem occur.
I had tried to increase voltage, reinstall all drivers and make sure all drivers up-to-date.
I also sent to ALL IT Lowyat shop for checking and they found no problems when they tested for half day.
This problem occur after 1 year I bought this computer
Not good in computer so it will be highly appreciated if someone who good can tell me the problem
Thank you!
