Hi guys, what criteria/expectation for you to meet when change new job? Like how high % increase in salary?

Been working in current company for a year plus, quite happy, medium range salary 5k-6k

However, i believe we can’t stay long in comfortable zone, for example if no chance for promotion or increment, is it probably time for better opportunity?

Usually look for how many % increment to jump? Or other criteria?
