Hi,

Has anyone experience to reactivate hotlink prepaid, which has been terminated and claim back the credit balance?

I was in overseas for long period and forgotten to top up the prepaid to keep on active. When I found out a day later, the line has been terminated. I call to inquire Maxis and they are able to reactivate the line BUT the credit will be forfeited. Well, it was RM100++ credit inside there.

Hope to get some helps if anyone had this before. Appreciated your advise.
