Personal review
Easily the best watch for beginner runners who wants to start going serious and breaking PBs. in short,it did the job well.

GPS tracking is superb, no more 'pace 2'00' when you're running under flyover or bridges. Detect GPS satellite really fast, less awkward wait before you start.
Lightweight compared to Nike+ Sportswatch, packed with features . Cadence, time splits, interval training(crucial training for gaining speed!)
Accurate pace and distance display with little to no delay at all.
Best thing is, seamless integration with both Strava and Nike+ . Connect with phone Bluetooth then akan terus upload your run to both apps. No need to connect to PC at all.
Why 220 over 620? To be frank not much different between the two, you're paying premium for touchscreen (not critical in running) and extra features like vertical oscillation. IMO grab 620 if you're training to chase top finish in races.

COD preferred around Bangsar,Mid Valley, TTDI and Hartamas.

IKRAM menuntut SPR memberi penjelasan kepada setiap isu keraguan yang ditimbulkan sebelum ia dapat diterima sewajarnya.

IKRAM menggesa Pakatan Rakyat memilih pendekatan aman, melalui tindakan undang-undang atau perhimpunan aman.

Pengalaman PRU13 ini menguatkan lagi tekad IKRAM untuk terus memperjuangkan pilihan raya yang bersih dan adil.

Jangan sesekali memandang kecil kuasa dan pengaruh rakyat jelata Malaysia!

long story short, i left a carry in luggage.. it is a small nike shoe bag inside the flight, under the seat in a flight KL - MELB. The bag got no AirAsia carry-in tag( never got one in all flight..) so how do retrieve it back? really love those 2 shoes inside the bag.

guys, i have an old ipod nano 3rd gen, which were kept for a long time without use (2yrs iirc).

now, it only functions when you connect it to the computer. everything is fine, u can still transfer songs, hear it, the wheel is still good. but the moment u unplugged its all black.

do any of you know why does it happen and where to repair it? thanks in advance
