Are u required to fill in "jpj k3 borang penyata pertukaran milikan kenderaan motor secara sukarela oleh pemunya berdaftar" when taking a car loan fr a financiak institution ie banks? I was told de form is a mandatory though i dun feel comfortable with it

My ipad batt drops even when i am not using it. Is tis normal?
