LCD Monitor Problem

So recently i've notice this barely audible "eeeeeeeeeeeee" sound coming somewhere from my computer, i wasn't able to pin point it for a few weeks already until today i found it coming from my monitor, its a viewsonic VA1912wb (DVI connection if that matters ), the sound gets louder when i turn the power off for some weird reason and only goes away when i physically disconnect the powercord, is this normal ?

How Can i write this statement in VB ?

miniSD problem

Kingston 1GB MiniSD

First I plug in the miniSD and it detects it properly

Then the second time it says it couldn't be read so i proceed to format it

now the 1GB miniSD turns to a 8MB miniSD!

Any ideas on how i can fix it ?

Everytime i try to double click on something like my C partition a message pops up and says
C runtime error and explorer something wrong. Then everything just restarts.

booted up in safe mode and it was ok though

Extending my netowrk cable

Is there anyway to extend my network cable without buying a new cable ?

Because the router is not in my room, my dad had people come to pull the cable from the router thru the roof into my room, now that i moved the place of my desktop the cable isn't long enough to reach the new area

I do not want to set it up on wifi because its gonna be a hassle and signal quality is gonna be bad since im in a room

i was looking at something like this, is it available in malaysia ?
