Bike Insurance Claim 7 Months? Need Advice.

I recently crashed my bike.
My dealer says the insurance claim process is 7 months.
Is that normal?

Also, I have asked if I can fix certain parts myself first and ride it back first. (Pay and Claim later)
When it is time to fix it fully, I will bring it back to them.
They say can.
BUT, in between accident again cannot claim already.
What do you guys think?

If you have to make a purchase with 120k budget and you have two options.
Let's discuss.

1.
Buy Honda CRZ stock. (RM50k)
Later do mods like kswap k20/k24/supercharger.
Cheaper and fun to grow your car as you go.
Less aftermarket support.

2.
Buy Toyota 86 stock. (RM100k-120k)
No budget to do a lot of mod.
Just run NA.
More aftermarket support.

Increase Salary & Bonding Problem

Appreciate some sifu to guide me.

The company wants to increase my salary by 30% but need to bond for 1 year.
We have verbally discussed it and I said I will think about it.

BUT, I am actually resigning soon. Pending offer letter from another company.

This month (JULY) my salary is increased and HR send me the bonding contract which I have not sign.
Will there be an issue if I leave the company?
Since I did not sign the papers yet and only said I will think about it verbally.
