Replacing my Maybank credit card

Hi,

For my Maybank 2 cards, my VISA's wave is not working and my AMEX card is broken due to my own carelessness.

Question:
1. Can I request for a new card replacement (while every details intact)? If yes, how long will it take?
2. For credit card replacement, will it affect my credit score?

Add:
3. If I want to apply for Maybank-Grab credit (VISA) for example, does it mean I will have 3 credit cards in total? Or I have to terminate my earlier VISA, if terminate, will it affect my credit score?

Sorry for the stupid question, trying my luck here since I can't reach Maybank's credit card customer support after trying for a few call.

YouTube livestream setup with M1 Macbook

Hi everyone, not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I'll give it a go anyway.

I am trying to build my own setup to livestream for YouTube (talking head/podcast ish video).

My current equipment:
- Computer/Laptop: M1 Macbook Pro 16gb RAM (with 2 USB-C port only)
- Camera: Sony A6600

What I'm planning to get:
- Microphone: Shure SM58 dynamic mic
- Audio Interface: Focusrite Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen
- Capture Card: Elgato Cam-Link (any alternatives?)
- Mic Boom Arm (not sure should i overkill with the Rode PSA1, or go with anything sub RM200)
- USBC to USB hub

My question:
1. Is my macbook capable/compatible enough to run the above setup? My camera frame will be the primary screen with occasional screen share on my laptop's browser (will my macbook be capable of handling this with OBS/Stream Yard?)
2. Will the Elgato cam link able to receive image + audio from my camera? (note that the camera's audio input is from the Focusrite Scarlett Solo, which is receiving input from the Shure SM58 XLR input without phantom power requirement)
3. Is the setup overkill / underbudgeted? My budget is RM 1k but can stretch if needed. The idea is to invest in these equipments for a solid 3 to 5 years before I plan to upgrade it, only using it for casual 1 hour livestream once every week.

As you can tell I'm pretty bad when it comes to the technical of things, still struggling to know whether these will work with my macbook or not, let alone the Apple silicone (M1) which is well known to not be compatible with many softwares/hardwares.

Would appreciate if anyone have any input/alternative recommendations, thank you very much!!

Hi, as the title speaks, I'm interested to know what are your daily rotations of smartphone apps to monitor your stocks etc.?

For me, I personally use the Maybank Trade as my trading platform, with KLSE Screener Widget (oversee all counter at once), StockHunter for the key indicators, bloomberg/cnn for world news update, theEdgeMarket/The Star for local news update, and i3Mobile forums for casual read.

Any other nice apps/addition to my rotation that is recommended?

Hi everyone, i plan to undertake classes from this institution to prepare for CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam level 1. Noesis is one of the certified institution under the Malaysian CFA society website. However, there are lack of available reviews online for me to refer.

Question:

1. Anyone have comments/review for this institution? In terms of quality of lecture, teaching materials, environment etc.

2. Should i save the RM 6.5k tuition fee and self study for CFA level 1? Or is there a lot to miss out by self studying? (Note: i can spare about 1-2hour on weekdays after work, and im free to prep during weekends hence why im open for the option for weekend classes)

Hi, as per title, i accidentally damaged my LCD monitor and now part of the screen is showing cracked pixels.

It is still under warranty, but i doubt consumer recklessness can claim for it.

May I ask if theres other way i can fix this problem? Through warranty's repair n maintenance or private fix? I dont mind paying some for the repair.

Ideas for annual company team building

Dear all,

As per title, would love to seek your comments/opinion for any potential fun team building idea for a corporate social event.

Budget: 300+- per head (excl. Accomodation & food), however is flexible
Pax: 30-40
Venue: Preferably KL region(or hotel accessible) or city, or city border, or SEAsia
Transportation: Can be arranged

Past activities for reference:
- Go karting
- Treasure hunting(employed 3rd party planner) across few states

Limitations of events:
- Comprises age 20-60, hence need to consider activities for elderly as well
- Cannot be too cheapskate (e.g. those team building game involving playing with cheap materials/running in a room)
- Cannot be the same as past, and must be able to create fondable memories

Currently my idea:
- Bubble soccer at PJ, along with other activity
- Island retreat (Redang, tioman etc.)

Pocket strat - cm mode

Hi there, this seems kind of irrelevant to your normal gameplays, regardless of meta.

I always have this kind of mini pocket strat for captains mode game, usually used for elimination brackets/important qualifiers.

Pocket strat is :

1. Pick SF mid with offlane nature's prophet (assuming NP can build fitted for meta)

2. NP teleports to mid to summon treant (reduce travel time)

3. Can do around 4 to 6 until mid creep wave spawn.

4. Let those treant go tank mid T1 tower until deniable HP, then let shadow fiend deny for first few souls.

5. Mid SF starts midlane first wave with 6 souls ( if done correctly ).

Extra :

6. NP can stay mid for 1 or 2 minutes ( depending on how badly shutted down offlane is ), to provide shadow fiend extra souls, which can boost up his mid lane aggressiveness.

THEN,

pair up with aggressive support/roamer like tusk to get first blood on mid lane, usually will be favorable because shadow fiend has higher base damage thanks to those early stage.

Then the story continues with your own meta of snowballing the game, including NP + basilius + healer pushing safelane and more. Can include pugna for early dominance and later on combine with SF fast mekansm.

Please evaluate and help discuss on my idea.

Note : Just an idea, executed it once before, easily go wrong, but high risk high return.
