i was complaining traffic jam in kl, but yesterday i met a client who took 1 hour bus to travel to work one way, suddenly i felt bad about my whining.. if u think you're poor hang out with lower income group, then u will appreciate what you have..

big size company the best to work with. here's why :

I used to work in <10 pax company, the pros is easy to get excited, like u are changing the world, feeling like you're no.1 in contributing. But in realty ur pay is lower than avg market pay. u work till 12 am still might end up with looking for other job later.

Now in MNC company, my manager kool, because he king of snake. So apa lagi, a kuli who's kuli of someone, so he really understandable. Time's up we chao on time, sometime 1 report he gib me 2 days to finish, awesome!

he's smart but hr put him at junior pos so he kinda fed up, he come to work at chao on time, he don't care shit about contributing idea. sometime he even sleep in the office, it's like u give him task he do u don't give him he stay till finish working hour.

I see he's living a smart life, he save his energy for his side project at night.

even u're smarter than ur senior or skills are better than him, employers in malaysia just have to treat u like u are just graduated. Celaka is this the point we went to uni? so that they can pay u peanut salary. Why must like that? ppl can get promoted fast but why must become junior although u are qualified as a senior? is this only in Malaysia or kiasu sg or what?
