[WTS] Yamaha CLP-545 Piano (2015)

Item(s): Yamaha Clavinova 545 for sale, exam grade. Purchased in late 2015. Was the latest model at that time. So age of item is <5 years.

Package includes: The piano itself, piano chair. Along with proof of receipt (bought from Yamaha Midvalley), manual documentation.

Price: Retailing at 8k+. Letting go for ~RM5500 (nego), a steal for a piano at this quality.

Dealing method: COD. There are many movers that offer piano moving services, depends on distance (within KL area is about 150++ last i checked, but don't take my word for it)

Location: Puchong

Item(s) conditions: Perfect working condition, barely used. No visual scratches on piano. Still sounds the same the day I bought it, speakers are working perfect. Ivory keys perfectly white, hammer response is still crisp.

Reason for sale: Not in MY. Letting it go to a new owner that will appreciate it more than me.

Personal notes: It is cheaper than buying a refurbished or 2nd hand piano, less maintenance is involved. Perfect for young kids learning piano. Advantages of having a digital piano is also that it can be plugged into a headset (note that you need a jack for this) and not disturb your neighbors.

If you are concerned that the touch is not similar to a real piano, please go to any Yamaha store and try the newer model, it's the same build. For more advanced players (Grade 8 players and higher) there is a difference is stiffness (comparing to grand pianos - yamaha, steinways, bosendorfs uprights) but it's obviously not that important if casual players or young kids.

Do you believe cost of game development is getting higher and higher to a point that kickstarter will not work and what about future of game development.

As for my opinion, is hell worst then before. My SG GT has SGD $69.92 after the conversion to local currency, what the hell am i going to do with 0.02 cent? when everything cost $19.99 thats the new pricing for 1600MSP. On top of the mix-match using US GT and non-US GT, its a big messy with all the different prices of items in the marketplace.

MSP is better in standardizing the prices in the marketplace globally. Currently, there are several items prices are higher than US marketplace due to local currency conversion. This is the same thing happening in PSN UK and PSN US, where prices are inflated in the UK store. I even heard from UK steam users claiming several games are priced higher than the US store on steam due to currency conversion.

I applied for a replacement of MyKad few days back at Putrajaya, but now when i was about to go the replacement, i couldn't find the piece of paper (the temporary IC with all your particulars on a piece of paper)! I had the receipt though. Do i still need to report lost IC? Everyone is talking about losing their IC have to make police report, but in this case what should i do??

Pros:
- "open" level combat with 12 missions in campaign across the world.
- Primary input - Controller. Secondary input - kinect (kinect is used to navigate between instruments like scope, armaments, coms and different sections of the walking tank)
- different sections of tank Pilot centre, left mg gunner, right main gunner/reloader, Rear gunner. Different types of tank sizes with different crew requirement*.
- a crew and moral system. If 1 of the crew is dead the whole campaign he is dead (might have to order other crew to replace his position - kinect*). Each crew has proficiency and will improve over missions

Cons:
- no news of any multiplayer component.
- the special event like crew interaction and enemy hijacking your tank feels scripted.

Scheduled released in 12 June 2012. Production time 2 years

The answer is to lower the price, as many have been doing in the PC realm with games on digital storefronts and social networks. It's part of why the App Store took off, capitalizing on the all-consuming power of the impulse purchase.

Looking forward, beyond even the next generation of consoles, the future will involve services like OnLive. It's the fastest, easiest, most direct method (at least for consumers) to access games. Instead of consoles, Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo would simply run OnLive-like services. They might sell unique input devices, but the entire concept of a physical disc and hardware setup will be archaic, irrelevant and ultimately difficult to profit from in this rapidly evolving industry where convenience is king.

The console that takes off in the next generation is the one that most successfully mimics what's happening in the PC market.

Does it upload ur save file everytime or upon syncing ur trophies?
How to retrieved ur save file?
Since ur having 150mb or storage and u have over 150mb of save file, how to priorities the files to be on PSN plus and the remaining on ur console?
