I&#39;m interested in buying a new development project in Subang 2 Shah Alam. I came across this project when I drove to visit Sime Darby&#39;s Elmina and wanna get to know the surrounding area. This project is called Subang Impian 2. According to the sales staff , the specification is as followed:<br /><br />20x60 fully extended<br /><br />1742 build up<br /><br />Price: 635,000<br /><br />Estimated completion date: next year november<br /><br /><br />I buy for home stay then resell it after 5 years for no RPGT.
