[WTB] Denon DSW-1312 (Subwoofer)

I am currently using Denon AVR-X520BT connecting with Denon SYS-5.1.

Since Denon AVR-X520BT has 5.2 output, I would like to utilize the remaining subwoofer output.

If anyone has a spare Denon DSW-1312 or similar subwoofer, I would like to take over.

AV Receiver Stand

Owing to the cabinet height constraint, I have to unscrew and the remove the four stands from the AV receiver, by shortening the height of 15 mm (151mm minus 136mm).

Questions:
1. Where can I purchase the shorter stands?
2. Will there be problem with overheating and ventilation?

Existing UniFi DNS (202.188.1.5) Decommission

As announced at below link and also shown up in my own network browser redirection, 202.188.1.5 will be decommissioned.

UniFi Dect Phone Usage Will Cause Modem Restart

Personal equipment
Modem: HUAWEI HG850a
Router: Asus RT-AC1200HP
Firewall used: Router Default
Dect Phone: Motorola C401A Digital Cordless Phone

Problem details
First occurence of problem: One month ago
Problem frequency: Few times a day
Problem description: The modem will hang when turn on the dial tone of the cordless phone. When turn off the dial tone, the modem will resume and reconnect.

It used to be happened few times a week, now is getting worse and happening few times a day. I can't even make any call in the whole Sunday (1st Nov 2015) evening.

Any expertise advices and troubleshooting are appreciated.
