Need some advise about loan

Hi Experts,

I got some house loan question still puzzling me. Don't have friend in this field so don't mind i ask here. Thank You.

I owned a condo, and i just bought a new house to be completed in 2018.
My initial plan was, in 2018 once the new house completed, i sold my existing condo and take some money to settle the condo loan and the balance can use to do some renovation to my new house before move in. But i quite confusing with the sequence now. What should do first and what should do next? Hehe.... any experience to share?

My question below.

My existing condo loan still owed bank 150k, but market price is around 400k.
If the condo sold(in 2018) i should have 400k-150k=250k cash on hand ready to do some renovation on new house.
I need to sell the house first to get the renovation money ready.
But i can't move to new house before it is renovated coz too much thing to move around, is better to complete the renovation before move things in wasn't it?
But if I don't sell my condo first, how to get the extra money ready?
If don't get the money first how can I do the renovation on new house?
If my new house not renovated and not ready to move things in, how I can totally cutover furniture from my condo?

All above sequence puzzling me for quite a while, i'm not experience in such planning, so just post to see any advise from experts. Thanks (knee down)
