Subsale property fully renovation without CCC

I had booked a subsale double storey terrace house intermediate unit. Is a fully extended and renovation. Now the issue is when we request the owner for the renovation approval or CCC or renovation CF the agent said don't have. The owner did submit a renovation plan, along with other required documents, to the council for review and approval.
The municipal council did approve for the renovation but the issue now don't have CCC or renovation CF after completion. Please advise who had experience or expertise in this kind of situation. Shall I proceed to purchase or cancel ask for refund. Your urgent reply is highly appreciated.

2 sty house fully renovation to 2.5 sty without CF

Plan to buy a 2 sty terrance house fully renovation into 2.5 sty but without renovation CF. Anyone here got experience purchase house with similar condition. Can I apply the renovation CF after I purchase the house. Will I be fine or demolishing the illegal reno parts if I had purchase the house?

Cheap CNY reunion dinner in Klang Valley

This year my mum not so convenient to cook for this coming CNY reunion dinner. Thinking to eat at outside but normally during this festival mostly restaurant menu are those with family set dinner.

Normally lowest price also need at least RM599

Thinking to have a la carte dishes but hardly to find.

Budget around RM200 - RM300

Any recommendation?

I had view a 2 storey terrace house at Bukit Serdang Section 2 last Sunday. The house had fully renovation, partly furnished.

Wondering what is the developer price if someone can share it here.

Is anyone here from BS 2 and would like to share the experience staying there.

View this show house on weekend. Really worth for that price with the built up and all the workmanship. Everyone are welcome to give your view.
