But if I'm 10+ mins away from my pick up point, should i call my rider and inform them? Most of them usually cancel when i tell them this, and my passenger cancellation rate is damn high (>20% of trips completed/ day).

Should i instead let them wait till they cancel themselves? Coz Grab sms me and stated that customers complained i cant pick them up for different reasons. Will the passenger cancellation rate kill my incentives for the week? It's quite high, I completed 31 trips and there is around 19 cancelled trips (all rider-side)

[attachmentid=8703821]

And there is a problem with my GPS and the app, it locks me at my pickup point even after I had dropped off my rider. Hence the high 'I call the rider to cancel booking rate'. I was at Jinjang when it assigned me a job near U Thant. I called and mailed CS and they are both helpless.

Any any help is really appreciated!!! trent50588 Serious Kopitiam Thu, 06 Apr 2017 23:54:38 +0800
