            <description>The property is under joint name, so when declare rental income for tax, both landlords have to declare half of the rental income &lt;span style='color:blue'&gt;OR&lt;/span&gt; can it be only 1 landlord declare that full rental income ? If 1 landlord has declared the full rental income of that property, is that ok? Or must both landlord declare half of the rental income? Thank you</description>
