Declare rental income for tax

The property is under joint name, so when declare rental income for tax, both landlords have to declare half of the rental income OR can it be only 1 landlord declare that full rental income ? If 1 landlord has declared the full rental income of that property, is that ok? Or must both landlord declare half of the rental income? Thank you

Owner Terminate Tenancy Before The Term Due!

The tenancy agreement term is 2 years (fix) plus 1 year (further term) but owner intend to terminate tenancy on 1st year. As owner, how much he should pay for the early termination of agreement? Is a shop with standard tenancy agreement. Thanks for your advice.

How much charge for a shop property (400k) for Registration Memorandum of Transfer in Johor?

my lawyer charge me rm7000 for SPA stamp duty plus this Registration Memorandum of Transfer charge rm1500, is it reasonable?

How to calculate the Registration Memorandum of Transfer charge based on the property value?

My SPA charge including:
1) Legal fee = rm3250
2) Stamp Duty on SPA = rm7000
3) Registration Memorandum of Transfer = rm1500

Final amount payable (after 40% discount) = rm11792.00

'2' is for fix two years tenancy term, then the further term of '1' (one year) is for what ?
To renew the tenancy agreement, do i hv to wait 2 years or 2+1 years ?
