Wanna build a desktop just for general use.... photoshop,online watch movies ..... is it possible to build a pc like this using amd radeon? Budget Within rm 1k or slightly higher is acceptable.

*Monitor excluded
*dvd rom can be included or excluded
*must include casing
*can be built in graphic or separate

Myself not so familiar with amd radeon so I need your guys opinion and suggestions.

The budget doesn really need to reach 1k as long as it able to run online videos, basic photoshop.

I know this question is kinda stupid.... but i wanna know that actually how many pc shops in lowyat? i need your recommendation for me since i decided to go there to build my gaming rig...... any recommended shops? dun give any shops that offer in high price..... my budget is just rm3000 ...... could be or not include the monitor doesn matter...... as long as the products from the shop won't have too many problems such newly bought product can be found out is spoiled sth like that..... thx in advance, bro and sis !
