Hiring illegal workers

When a company hire illegal workers. And caught by immigration or any government bodies..

Who will be in trouble? The directors or the shareholders of the company.
Or both? Why?

Restaurant management

How does the restaurant managers/owners monitor the orders that were not key in the system.

Scenario 1,

Waiter sees friend visit the restaurant, ordered foods & drinks,

waiter writes on a piece of paper (instead of key in the pos system)

sends to the kitchen.

kitchen prepares food.

friend makan then left without paying.

Scenario 2,

Waiter sees potential customer walked in.. ordered food & drinks..

same thing, write on a piece of paper (instead of key in the pos system) and send to kitchen..

then when customer tries to pay.. have to pay in cash, because the pos system "down". unable to print receipt/use credit card.

then the waiter pockets the money, share with kitchen staff etc.

Getting paid from few companies

I'm currently working for a guy, he owns a lot of business/companies, from trading to retail to restaurants.

Now i'm getting paid from a holding company. while helping to manage different business from few states.

Would it be better if i get paid from all different companies at the same time or just paid from the main holding company?

Meaning:
Holding Company: RM5000/month
Restaurant: RM0/month
Retail: RM0/month
Trading: RM0/month

OR

Holding company: RM1000/month
Restaurant: RM1000/month
Retail A: RM1000/month
Retail B: RM1000/month
Trading: RM1000/month

which is better?

i got an offer a job with 1k travel & housing allowance..

just wanted to know what does this Travel & housing allowance normally mean? anyone have this allowance?

also and are they fix allowance? or on claim + receipt basis (maximum 1k)?

*i just wanted to know more before i ask the company HR.
