Almost impossible to find 1000W Gold/Platinum reputable branded PSU now. most dealers say about 2-4 weeks for new stock.

Trust me the 850W PSU is just enough to power the 6x gtx 1060, these cards run cool, around 80-90w stock, computer system is about 50-100w
that is about 640W max. if you dont truse me, you can take an power monitor to see the plug-in value, or use power clamp or use a multimeter.
else just run 5 cards, until you get your 1000w psu.

PSU 850 x 0.8 = 680 Watt, these Gold and Platinum have are better then 80% efficiency and can normally do more then its rated just google jonny guru.
and you should reduce the power level of the cards to save power/RM, people can get it around 65% +-10% for these cards, 140-200+ core, around 1000+ mem.
SSD takes almost no power. just dont add too much powerful case fan, use a normal table fan.
just dont add much case fan on.
