unable to access to xiaoyi camera

Dear Maxis,

yesterday i successful to switch from unifi to maxis home fibre.During with unifi i have no issue to connect to xiaoyi camera.Since switch to maxis yesterday i can't connect to the camera until now & i can't monitor my house when i was not around.Can i know any special ip settings that can guided for me to connect to the camera?

What is the difference between #hotlink & hotlink fast plan???
Does hotlink fast plan can subscribe to validity 365???

hi maxis,

i previously on suftmore 75 plan & yesterday mnp to umobile.After less than 1day usage,i regret of my decision.Their 3g service are bad & 4g service are not available in my place.I also know surfmore 75 plan not offer anymore.If i mnp back to maxis,possible i can get the plan back?
