Capital Market and Services Act 2007
3. Securities Industry (Central Depositories) Act 1991
4. Financial Services Act 2013

As for number 1, I found this page:

http://www.ssm.com.my/en/companies_act_2016

May I know which part should I look for in order to update myself with the amendments?

For number 2 & 3, I found this page listing down the amendments:

https://www.sc.com.my/capital-markets-and-s...-operation-2/#a

May I know what is the meaning of Order, Schedule, Regulation, Amendments and Appointment of Date of Coming Into Operation?

And lastly, where can I find the list of amendments for number 4?

Sorry if this is the wrong section to post these questions.
Thanks.

Treasury/Corporate Finance

I have completed my ACCA but I still need 3 years of relevant experience to become a member. Currently I'm working as an auditor but my real interest is in treasury/corporate finance. Back in 2012 when I have just completed my ACCA, I tried to search for treasury/corporate finance related jobs but failed to get into this field despite 2 years of attempt. And by now, most of the treasury/corporate finance related jobs require at least 2-3 years of experience in related field. The problem for me now is that audit has nothing to do with treasury/corporate finance. Does anyone have any idea on how could I get into this field even though I do not have the experience?

I heard that if I stay too long in audit line the experience that I gained would be irrelevant to treasury/corporate finance. I'm really in dilemma right now. And not all companies have a treasury department which makes it even harder for me to get this kind of job. I have plans to pursue CFA but the working hours in audit line makes it really difficult for me to study on a part-time basis. What companies should I aim for to get this kind of job? I hope that someone could advise me on this matter.
