How much you get after terminate ASB loan half way

i started my asb loan 200k (separated 2 account, 100k) for 25years from maybank since september 2012. and requested for termination in july 2016. august and september payments still proceed and i got the money which i think the term for it, is the principal money. I got RM12,800 from the bank this week (october 2016), not including the insurance money and asb dividen for this year. if they not tipu lah, said the sijil ASB still on my name for the months of which I was still need to pay the payment even after requesting to terminate, I will get ASB dividen on next january no less than rm10k.

Is anyone here ever terminate their loan ASB here? i think 12,800 is too low lah. Someone suggest me to look at amortization calculator online - which somewhat can calculate how much bank should pay me back. So, i calculate2, and get the amount of 18k. its not too far from what I get, but still a lot lah. can buy new laptop with that money.

can the bank kelentong2 olso, or I am just being paranoid.
