Pros : very light lappy , touchscreen with excellent processor matched i7 10 gen processor and very good speaker.

Cons : limited battery life so far around 2-3 hours normal use, limited ports , soldered ram (cannot upgrade).

Original price was RM7500 include the extended warranty (bought separately).

Bought at 24 Feb 2014- almost 2 year old but still have warranty until Mid April 2017 (can extend with additional cost around RM500 OR 100USD ++) AND ''Will do the transfer of ownership of DELL to new buyer''.

The laptop considered new as its motherboard just been replaced last 2 weeks as well as its battery by DELL under warranty. Basically its all new. I have all the receipts and order form to proof this. This not considered the laptop having problem. It just the battery has faltten out. However, if you are a fan of DELL then you would know that during the warranty period you can replace all parts of your laptop eventhough its just a simple problem like change of battery. DELL has the best after sales customer service.
