laptop battery replacement

Hi Sifu,

would like to ask anyone has the experience to replace laptop battery?

leave everything to technician or repair shop...?
or look and buy the battery myself and provide it to the technician? pay them for the labour cost to replace?

Any recommendation for any repair shop that can do this in Johor area?

just to confirm, my laptop battery with power plug in also show the power is like 10% only.. (not fully charge, etc.)
initially the battery go from 30% drop to, 20, 15, 10 and now is at 5%..
That is the battery problem right? Need replacement, correct?

Laptop model is HP pavilion 14.

it is really good.
want to know if there is similar alternative for android phone?

Main purpose is to be able to use the apps to transfer file from phone to computer or computer to phone.

Hi guys,
some question regarding smart watch & samsung pay.

Thought might be able to get more responses from serious /k instead from the dedicated android page.

1st Q,
Can we use samsung pay on samsung smart watch alone.. (i am looking at Samsung S3 Frontier or Galaxy watch) and WITHOUT samsung phone.
As i am using non-Samsung phone.

2nd Q,
i did notice that Maybank AMEX credit card is not supported for samsung pay, from the following thread

Can i get confirmation that AMEX is not supported? can seem to see this from samsung pay website.

in the midst of considering to buy smart watch (considering Huawei watch GT, magic watch magic, samsung S3 frontier/ galaxy watch ) or real watch.

Google Pay is not supported in Msia? Non of the Msia bank card can be added to Google pay?

As per title, and screen shot below,
how do i disable them?

keep popping out during your laptop usage.. not sure what is this program...

suspecting that came with thunder BT installation.. as it installed one chinese anti virus also..
but all those chinese programs are removed.
Still no idea what is this pop up, and how to remove them.

HDD to portable & window OS

2 questions:

1.
i have an old spoil laptop. However i think the hdd still workable.
How can i take out the HDD and convert it to the external portable harddisk?
the thing to convert it to external, what is it called? SATA 2.5" HDD to USB?

2.
If lets say i want to change a laptop hdd from 500GB to 1TB.. how do i transfer all the window 10 OS installation to that new hdd?

What happen to archived email in Outlook

i have a few questions regarding archiving emails.

I have the habit of keeping email.
And last time my company email have limitation of only 2 GB storage.
So i have to keep archiving in order to create more free space to receive email.
So my question is, after email is archived, are the email deleted from the server?

Anyone know what this software is?
"Mail Store".
From the review, it seems to be the best software to archive email.
But just wondering how it works. Is it going to remove email from the server as well?

But just wondering how email system work. Some email has basically no limitation of email storage size.
Is the company just simply paying more for the email service?

Trying to setup email, but not able to send out

Trying to setup company email on my pc's Microsoft outlook.

All the inbox, sent mail can be synchronized without any problem.
However when come to trying to send an outgoing mail, i will get the error msg saying:

Send e-mail message: Cannot send the message. Verify the e-mail address in your account properties. The server responded 554 5.7.1 DNS Blacklisted by zen.spamhaus.org
"
