ok

tis a bit 'sensitive' ????

a fren of mine - Malay from PG bought a pc of land ( Malay land ) in NS... a lot cheaper compared to Pg.

so,since i am in NS ( a chinaman ) , he asked me to assist in setting the land up- means clear it ,do all the required works,walled it and build a house.

SCHEDULE ??? Supposedly can be completed b4 Raya.

so, tis what happened.

all are on schedule up to 4 wks ago. land cleared,utilities done, wall done.

left only the GATE and the HOUSE...

we are starting on the house and then BAMM.....

Kg folks blocked the access to the land.

He even met the Ketua Kampung before i start the work and no issue/s arised.

now.....

i heard of some stories here and there and i dismiss them as just 'TALK'....

but tis time - I SEE IT FIRST HAND...

and from tis point onwards - i even met and spoke to Malays even , THAT THIS IS 'NORMAL'.....

so - I WANT TO HEAR FROM DEAR MALAY FORUMMER , WHY LIKE THIS ?

ok...

this sounds odd..

when i was growing up i used to see a small grey long legged bird/chicken....the size is smaller than a pigeon.

they run very fast and is hard to catch...

anyone knows the actual name ?

not sure where to post and where to search

but saw some topic somewhere but the search results don't turn it up.

i am working in Thailand and planning to come back soon.

any help on the procedure for documentation to bring back my household things ?
