Hi guys,

I have been working out for the last 3months and now thinking of getting some extra protein into my workout. Some friends advised me to take protein supplements as it will help in the post work out recovery and also increase the burning rate.

But the problem is that I dont know what to take. I need to consume something tat will help with post workout recovery and also help in increasing my metabolism for high burn rate.

LONDON: A wealthy Nigerian businessman was raped to death by five of his wives because they were jealous he was paying too much attention to the sixth one.

Uroko Onoja from Ogbadibo was having sex with his youngest wife when the remaining five reportedly set upon him with knives and sticks and demanded him to satisfy each of them too.

According to Nigeria’s Daily Post, Onoja, who went on to have intercourse with four of his wives in a marathon sex session, stopped breathing as the fifth wife was making her way to the bed, the Daily Mail reported.

Two women have been arrested in the wake of extraordinary incident last week.
The businessman, who is understood to have returned from a bar at around 3 am on Tuesday, headed for the bedroom of his youngest wife.
His other wives, who were said to have held a meeting to discuss their intentions before Onuja returned home allegedly, ambushed Onoja for their conjugal rights. Although he tried to resist, they eventually overpowered him.

His youngest wife said that her five fellow wives ran into the forest when they realised their husband was dead. Village head Okpe Odoh said the matter had been reported to the police, who have already arrested two of the wives

I am wondering why do some chinese family dislike their daughter to be with indian boyfriends? Is there any reason for this?
Is there a particular reason why do they tell their daughters not to get involved with an indian boy?

This is something that I am pondering as some of the reason they give is:
1. Got problem with festival holidays
2. Got problem with Indian culture

Anyone had this problem and knows how to come up with a resolution?

Thoracic Spine problem - Gel Depleted

Hi guys,

Well let me state first that I am not very good with the terminology, so do let me know if i got it right.

The problem at hand is that my dad's thoracic spine gel has depleted and now the bones are rubbing against each other.
I have heard of injecting the gel into the spine as an alternative to surgery.

Has anyone have encountered this kind of problem or situation before?
