Flashing services for Nokia N73ME in JB

My Nokia N73ME died during process updating firmware using Nokia Software Updater due to wireless network not stable, then i accidentally shut down my laptop. Now my laptop detected N73ME as unrecognized services, any sifus can tell me which shop in Taman Daya or near Taman Daya provides reflashing services and the charges or where's the nearest Nokia service center and the charges. Your help is much appreciated. Urgent!!!

VISTA & XP PRO PROBLEMS

My hardwares are as follow:

AMD X2 5200+ with original HSF
2x2GB Kingston DDR2 800Ghz RAM
Western Digital 640GB SATA HDD
LG 22x IDE DVD Writer
PowerLogic Casing and PSU

Windows Vista DVD problem:
I'm facing a problem while booting through Windows Vista DVD, it shows message:

Windows XP Pro problem:
And when I try to run the setup through Windows XP, it gives message:

I have installed and formatted the harddisk before installing each time, the same problem occurred everytime after i turned off the CPU more than 5 minutes. If the CPU is on all the time, no problem at all. I can't possibly turn on all day long. I'm not able to figure out the problem. Could anybody help me? URGENT!!!

[NEED ADVICE]HARDDISK FAILURE

During boot up, i saw a message as follow:

"Primary master hard disk S.M.A.R.T status bad. WARNING: Immediate back-up your data and replace your hard disk drive. A failure may be imminent.”

In CMOS, the 20GB IDE hdd can be detected, but message above shown, i was asked to press F1 to continue. I use another SATA to boot into Win XP Pro, yet i can't see the 20GB IDE hdd at all. Guys, may i know how to solve this?

P/S: If the harddisk can be seen in Windows then i can try using software to repair or whatever. But it can't be detected in Windows, what should i do? If no option to disable S.M.A.R.T in CMOS, what should i do? Urgent!!!
