ah jib gor is a true warrior fighting corruption

Corruption destroys, warned Najib - in 1997

Since taking over the leadership reins in 2009, a raft of allegations centering on corruption have been hurled in the direction of Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak.

The latest, which made international news, concerns RM2.6 billion of 1MDB-linked funds purportedly transferred into his personal bank accounts.

The premier has consistently denied any wrongdoing.

Rewind.

During an anti-corruption conference in 1997, Najib, who was then education minister, delivered a speech on the perils of corruption and how it could dismantle governments.

This was when Dr Mahathir Mohamad was prime minister, the person whom Najib now claims is masterminding his ouster.

"The Roman empire, Ottoman empire, Ming dynasty which were not properly managed saw its army and administrators forced to practice corruption leading to their downfall.

"Similarly, the Malay government in Malacca fell because of corruption amongst the raja and dignitaries.

"The nationalist Chinese government of Chiang Kai Shek, Richard Nixon in the US, (Ferdinand) Marcos in the Phillippines and president Mobutu (Sese Seko) collapsed because of the same thing," he told the audience.

Not too late to control

The pertinent question, according to Najib, was whether corruption had become a culture in Malaysia.

"In my personal view, even as this menace exist and is robbing the rights and interests of the people, it can still be controlled. It is not too late.

"We are fortunate, because this practice is not yet considered 'halal'. It is done in dark places, and under instead of above the table.

"With awareness of Islamic values, fear of punishment, embarrassed of facing the public, fear of being fired (from their positions)... this practice can still be curbed," he added.

Although it cannot be denied that the practice of corruption in Malaysia has increased since the 70s and 80s, Najib said it is not something which is accepted by society.

The then education minister also stressed that in battling corruption, prevention is better than cure, citing the importance of education as well as inculcating the fear of God and divine retribution among others.

He also underlined how corruption could threaten economic growth by driving away foreign investors and cause political instability.

"If corruption becomes a culture, it will cause the public to lose confidence in leaders. At a critical level, the people might revolt as seen in many countries this century," he cautioned.

Corruption in politics

Najib also cited the words of Prophet Muhammad which condemned such practice. "Allah melaknat pemberi dan penerima rasuah (Allah condemns the giver and receiver of bribes)”.

"Masuk neraka si pemberi dan si penerima rasuah (The giver and receiver will go to hell)".

Najib also noted that corruption is not only confined to the field of business, but also others such as politics.

"So with regard to debating corruption, I hope the scope is not limited to bribery in the form of money, gifts and other material aspects," he said.

In 1997, Anwar Ibrahim was still deputy prime minister and hence Najib saw it fit to quote an excerpt from his book, Asian Renaissance, which reads:

"No excuse for not making a serious commitment to fight it, the issue may be a moral one, but effective measures against corruption must go beyond mere moralising to encompass comprehensive societal and legal reform. There must be the political will to wage war against this insidious blight of mankind."
Police to probe WSJ under Computer Crimes Act

KUALA LUMPUR: Police will investigate the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) over the claim it made that almost RM2.6 billion were deposited into Najib's personal bank account by entities tied to 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB).

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar told a press conference today that a task force has been formed and it is lead by the Attorney-General (AG).

"We are looking on how the banking information and details were leaked. We will investigate on the aspect whether it was purposely leaked by any individuals.

"If we let these things happen without taking any action, then, there is no use of our Finance Act or Computer Crimes Act to keep the confidentiality of the documents or information," Khalid said after the launching of Ops Selamat 7/2015 at KL Sentral today.

He added that this leakage will also amount to economic sabotage.

"If we let anyone disclose information on any individual's banking information, or any company's confidential banking documents, it could be jeopardise our economy," said Khalid.

"We have started the investigations on the leakages of the banking documents and its distribution. We used our power to investigate the case under Section 4 of the Computer Crimes Act 1997 because there may be individuals who have access to the information and could distribute them. They might also sell the information," said Khalid.

die die die

trust najib we will

suddenly many get caught in SG
NETIZENS CONTINUE TO EXPOSE MORE FAKE DEGREE HOLDERS IN S'PORE
Post date:
21 Apr 2015 - 12:54pm

Dear TRS,

Here are even more cases of people working in Singapore with fake degrees.

Netizens have already started to dig up many other cases including the original IDA case with Nisha, even a local Singaporean involved in important deals between Singapore and India is holding fake degrees: RAFFLES EDUCATION CORP DIRECTOR LISTS MULTIPLE FAKE DEGREES ON CV

Here is yet another case of a foreigner being hired by a Singapore company despite not having any real qualifications:

It can be seen that Saminathan Suresh Somasundaram is a Malaysian who completed his secondary school education at Seaport Secondary School in Malaysia. He then proceeded to get a fake bachelor's degree from Southern Pacific University which is the same degree mill that Nisha from IDA got her master's degree from. In Saminathan's case, it is even worse because he was hired despite having a bogus bachelor's degree. He has no other tertiary qualification.

Without even a real bachelor's degree and any post-secondary qualifications, all he really has are his secondary school qualifications. How on earth is a person with only secondary school qualifications a foreign talent? Furthermore, since he only has secondary school qualifications, how could Standard Chartered Bank employ him as a Business Analyst? This implies that qualifications are not necessary to get a job at Standard Chartered Bank.

I personally would feel very insecure about trusting a bank that does not even have qualified employees.

Is Singapore really a meritocracy as the PAP government as always said it was? Or is it a country where different rules apply to different people? I feel angry that because of the PAP government's liberal foreign labour policies, Singaporeans are losing out at getting jobs, thanks to the foreign cheats.

Here are links to Saminathan's linkedin and facebook: https://sg.linkedin.com/pub/saminathan-sure...aram/71/b32/878 and https://www.facebook.com/saminathansuresh.somasundaram/about

That's not all either:

Forumers on this hardwarezone thread have found yet another case.

This Malaysian Indian, Pusphanathan Narayanan has a masters' degree from Rochville University which is a degree mill. Even wikipedia states that it is an unaccredited online university (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rochville_University).

Yet he was hired by BW Offshore Singapore and is working as a System Administrator. He is also living in Singapore and enjoying life right now.

On the lowyat forum (A malaysian forum), i saw this thread "Malaysians After Dodgy Degrees, Sought After MBAs and DBAs". (https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1139707/all).

Might explain why the Malaysian Indian got a fake masters' degree before he came to Singapore to find employment. It seems that foreigners are more clever than locals because they know that they must stand out from the usual degree holders who apply for jobs. So they spend some money to buy a masters' degree from a degree mill to increase their chances of getting selected.

sos :http://therealsingapore.com/content/netizens-continue-expose-more-fake-degree-holders-spore

drillz and photo in the sos
guy wash D using urinal bowl water

I saw tat somebody always wash his D using the water while flushing the bowl.... why ah....

For some green building , energy conservation and environmental friendly purpose, they actually recycle use rain water collected in a tank to flush toilet. So those water actually is not suitable for D washing. Well, not all design like tat, no worries.

i m cheapskate wanna have free roaming(updated17/3)

updated on 17/3,

today umobile give me another surprise, really shock me til cum

1) ok, yesterday night 12am, on my umobile data for free roaming, working normal, should have 50mb to play with

2) check my data monitoring app, ok, statistic reset liao.

3) to min. the damage it may done to me, i rather play safe, and set the data monitoring to 35mb as cut-off level. so got buffer of 15mb, should be fine.

4) so, my usage for today till now are surf lowyat and whatsapp oni. Didnt check mail. i think my activity is less compared to other days. Did frequently monitor my data usage through the app.

5) just now, while going back home around 630pm, suddenly receive notification from umobile, DATA USAGE ALREADY REACHED 90% (45MB)

6) i like WTF, i just check the usage before i go home, app record as 24mb.

7) ok, off my umobile data, check my app record, still 24mb. i round up the figure, lets say 25mb.

8) So, umobile actually is not giving me free roaming of 50mb. because 45mb - 25 = 20mb less, which i dun knw where it flied kite ~~

9) tmr i set my app monitor alert level to around 25mb, lets see what will happen

MATAFAKAR umobile

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Ok, let me tell my story with Umobile. Been with them for more than a year, however recently really dissapointed and feel cheated by their so call "free roaming"
I top up rm50 like 2 weeks ago, for this free roaming, limited 50mb per day is a steal for me, as i can use in Singapore daily.
First few days is ok, untill like mid of last week, suddenly my credit been deduct RM30, which means i have exceeded my daily limit till the max. However, UMOBILE DID NOT SEND NOTIFICATION TO ME !!!!
Ok, i admit my fault, trusted their system. But hey, which company do not want to earn more right ?
So i blame myself. Nvm, yesterday thought of a solution, i will download data usage monitoring, got an app called "onava count" set my daily limit to 40mb.
Well today another incident. Niah Mah Hei UMOBILE, i woke up to work, wondering why my phone so quiet, no whatsapp, no email whatever. Shit, my UMOBILE data services is NOT on, i'm sure something went wrong.
Check my credit, left RM4 from previous RM20+. Money gone without my knowledge AGAIN. WTF , i check my app not even 2mb used for today MONDAY
MATAFUKER UMOBILE, give you one last chance, i assume the money deduct because of yesterday usage, and i install my apps late, so nothing to complaint.
But now i got apps monitoring my daily data usage, if this kind of funny thing keep happening, i sure will complaint kao kao.
Lesson learnt,
1) nvr trust umobile, protect your self with a separate app
2) their website FAQ is basically useless
3) you will NOT receive a notification at 80% and 100% utilisation of your FREE roaming quota.
4) you CANNOT check your free roaming usage by dialing *118*6*3*2#.
Anyone who plan to use their FREE roaming regularly, becareful. Take my above experience as a guidence to you all.
inb4 lowyat.sg / cheapskate / no drill / tldr
