Budget gaming laptop suggestion below 3500

Please suggest me gaming laptop below rm3500. No PC pls because I need to carry it around. I am thinking of Asus ROG strix G G531GD rm3499.
spec:
intel i5 9300H
nvidia gtx 1050
512gb ssd

Any other laptop suggestions that is more or less the same spec?

JPA Engineering or Matriculation for Medicine

I have been offered JPA Engineering to Korea. But, my passion is medicine. I really wanted to do it locally at UM, USM, UKM or UPM. So, I can only go to matriculation if I insist on doing medicine. On the other hand, I can handle maths ques as well. Which one is best for me?
