How is the status of your system now? Can we Port out? Why You dont have issue to port in and only have issue to port out? How is it possible?

Maxis MNP Problem

I wanted to port out from Maxis to Digi, but they giving me alot of excuse. First they said the problem will be resolve on 15th September, then they said the time frame is extended till 25th September. They mention the problem is due to installation of Cert. Does anyone else facing this issue?
