Location : KL Sentral

Role:
ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE in Shared Service Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday. Partly flex: Arrive between 8am to 9am
Leave 5 to 6pm (some overtime required)

Purpose
To produce Disbursement Accounts (DA) & process DA related vendor invoices in accordance with company procedures & processes
To assist customers and port staff with DA related enquiries

Interrelations
Reports to: Disbursement Manager / Assistant Manager / Team Leader
Works with: Disbursement Accounting Team

Main responsibilities and tasks
Preparation & finalisation of Disbursement Accounts (DA) - (Some AP and AR)
Processing DA vendor invoices
Assisting customers and port staff with resolution of DA related enquiries/issues.
Ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed.
Account reconciliations & project accounts.
Provide backup support to fellow team members and team leaders.

Remuneration:
Competitive salary - base on experience, education level, and competency. RM 2500 - RM 3800

Requirements:
Fresh grads are encourage to apply
Tertiary qualifications – 2 years or more relevant course.
Previous experience in the shipping industry is a bonus, but not required.
Excellent communication skills (good verbal & written English is essential for this role).
Sound basic skills with MS Office (Excel, Word) and good keyboard and general computer skills .
Ability to organize & coordinate work, with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
Reliable, enthusiastic and professional manner.
Able to process high volume accounts
Works well as part of a team.
