visited this mall for 1st time yesterday noon while waiting for friends for meeting at nearby office tower.

This mall is full of empty lots and there is only 2 or 3 shops occupied on each floor. The whole mall customer traffic was only like 10 people.. wondering how it is still able to survive till now??

went to this mall for a dinner with family on 7pm yesterday.. seriously the mall was so empty like less than 30 people in the entire mall..

many no. of empty/closed down shops at here..

and don't know why information counter is at level 2 instead of ground floor like other malls? ..

could see most people come here just for daiso, mr.diy, tgv, or cold storage only.. others tenants are so pity

went there in the afternoon and saw many shops have closed down..

crowd was very LOW on sunday afternoon.. even Basement floor only left subway as F&B tenant.. quite many sections were dark because shops have closed down..

connected to mrt station but still no crowd..

went there on yesterday noon time.. damn quiet and saw some shops already closed down in this less than 1 year old mall..

only saw some people at F&B outlets.. while less or no crowd at all for non-F&B outlets..

what will happen to this mall in the long term if there are crowd only on weekends/PH??

had my lunch just now at PLAZA SENTRAL food court located at basement floor..

while makan halfway, luckily I saw a worm in vegatable and stop eating after that as it was so disgusting.. totally no mood to makan after saw this worm.. will boikot this stall immediately!!!

Pls beware of FGC Cafe's mix rice (2nd stall on the right) when you enter from main entrance of food court.. you might find worm(s) in your dish or if you dont mind to have some extra "protein"

Parkson China closing stores as sales slump

Parkson China’s first department store, which opened on Beijing’s Fuxingmen Rd in 1994, is the brand’s last remaining outlet in the capital as slumping sales force it to close outlets across the country.

Parkson closed its Longhu Beijing Changying Street department store and similar outlets in the cities of Hefei and Zhengzhou at the end of May, according to a Chinese news agency.

A pioneer foreign investor in China’s retail scene, Malaysia-based Parkson now has 46 department stores across China, down from 60 in 2015.

Its total sales in China have dropped 8.3 per cent year-on-year from 2013 to last year to RMB14.3 billion (US$2.1 billion), according to the latest annual report of the brand’s Hong Kong-listed business. This reflects an industry-wide trend – a survey of 85 department stores found that 55.3 per cent had lower sales last year, with 15 companies experiencing a drop of more than 10 per cent.
