I was admitted due to asthma attack and undergone a short tem duration of steroid treatment (IV hydrocort and prednisone). An fasting blood test has been done and it shown elevated level in glucose and cholesterol level. May I know are these side effects of the steroid treatment?

iCloud backuo created but not shown in iTunes

My phone has been upgraded to the latest ios 10.0.2. I did an iCloud backup using my phone yesterday and it shown the backup has been successfully created. However, when I connect my phone to iTunes, it just shown 'This iPhone has not ever been backup to iCloud.'

Why would this happen? Am I able to restore it by iCloud in the future? Any other way to check the backup whether it has successfully created or not?

I have a sealed iPhone and I wish to check for the warranty by using serial number.
