Setia EcoHill Tralas Bungalow

I have become quite disillusioned by the lack of effort by the real estate agents so I will try to advertise myself. This is a house I bought many years ago as I was investing in a company in Beranang and it would have become the house to stay in. It all fell apart and I've been trying to sell it ever since. It's in a good locating backing directly onto the pond behind and a few houses back from the bottom (no flooding) Originally bought at RM1.8m. Please PM me if you'd like further details.

For Sale: Zero Lot Double Storey Bungalow Setia Ecohill
Location: Semenyih, Selangor
Type: Bungalow
Price: RM1500000

Details:
Zero Lot Double Storey Bungalow Setia Ecohill Semenyih (Tralas 1B)
=========================================
Details of the unit
-----------------------------
No. of bedrooms 4
No. of bathrooms 6
Freehold
Built up 2850 sqft
Land area 5072 sqft
Zero lot bungalow
Vacant

Facilities
--------------------
Adventure park
Landscaped park
Jogging track
Children playground
Gated & guarded
24 hours
CCTV surveillance and patrolling guards
Card access system

Amenities
-----------------
Tesco Semenyih
Fast food ,KFC,McDonald ,Pizza Hut, Starbucks
Education Primary & Secondary schools Nottingham University
Sek Keb Semenyih and Sek Ren Agama
Shell/petronas station
Shoplots

Accessibility
------------------
SILK Highway
LEKAS Highway
Kajang Seremban Highway
Lekas Ecohill Highway Link
SKVE
=========================
ASKING PRICE 1.5 Mil
=========================

Sorry, I feel this info should be easy to find but google has not been friendly to me and the helpdesk in the app also gives me no info on it either.

I am doing the home quarantine thing coming back from overseas (fully vacc). I will get my second PCR tomorrow which is all sorted but who do I see to get the band cut off after the second test comes back negative and I have served the time required?

I'm in Setia Ala.

UN Refugees Allowed To Work

Guys, forward apologies if this is the wrong area.

I have tried looking online for this but there is not much available (which may answer the question).

I have a couple of companies trying to lease out UN Refugees (Burma & Cambodia) for working in manufacturing. Is this legal?

Production Staff Question

This is a question to the bosses out there.

I'm in manufacturing and we've largely been relying on 50% foreign labor. That's not possible for us anymore and in the past we've not had alot of luck getting locals.

For those out there in MFG and have had the same problem, have you been able to get local labor? If so, was there a magic monthly figure you needed to offer or some other incentive?

Or did you solve it in other ways (ie. offshoring or other) My industry is in injection moulding.

Cast Aluminium Drain Cover

Item(s): Cast Aluminium Drain Cover

Package includes: Not much else

Price: RM50.00/pc (we can make as many as you need)

Warranty: 6 months against oxidisation

Dealing method: Can pick from factory (Klang) or I can meet around Setia Alam

Location of seller: Kapar/Setia Alam

Contact method/details: Email/PM (sales@drillforge.com)

Age of item: New

---

Item(s) conditions:

Picture:

Reason for sale:
It's a production item I made for my own house, I now have a mould for this part and it would be good to get some more use out of it. The drain cover size (internally) is to fit drains in the Setia Alam, Shah Alam area. It can be skimmed down by ~10mm via machining if required but that will be at an extra charge (or if you want to buy lots we'll do a deal).

The standard finishing is a natural anodizing (as per outside photo) this is whats used for outdoors, we can also powder coat it black but that would only be for indoors or an area that has overhead cover as the elements are just too harsh for the paint (I tried it and it lasted about 4 months before it started to fade) The anodized parts as in the picture have been there for close on 2 years.

The material used is LM20 aluminium, as for it's strength I'm 100kg and I can jump on it without and issue at all

There is ~2 week leadtime for the parts if we have no stock, any payment would be on delivery, not order.

I'm happy to answer any questions, please leave them in the post and I'll check back.

Hi all, I took a PLC class some time ago and have since forgotten almost everything in it.

I think I can work out the programming again but I'm failing at the physical wiring connections. Which I think means I'm failing at the "understanding" of it all.

However, to get to the next step could someone please let me know how I setup a simple switch to a light. using Input 1 and output 100 (I'm using via the Omron training kit)

What I need to know is the actual wiring so it makes the connection.

Can anyone help please

MINI ITX Gaming Build

Sorry for posting this here instead of the hardware question thread but I really need help so I don't go and buy from Dell.

I'm looking for a Mini ITX build using something like the Cooler Master Elite 120 Advanced, but it will need to run Games like Skyrim pretty well and other applications.

Is that currently possible? If so, anyone recommend a build and where to get it (I just came from a shop telling me they can't make a semi gaming mini ITX computer)

Any help most appreciated.
Gaming Rig Help 5k budget

Hi all, I need a bit of assistance on this one.

I used to be able to know the parts to use before but I think I must be getting too old to follow the tech parts scene. (Even getting as bad as considering an Alienware to compensate for my ignorance these days )

Basically, I'm looking to get a gaming PC (including monitor but excluding keyboard & mouse) with a budget of around RM5k.

Other things, the rig will stay stock, no overclocking. Games played is like Skyrim & TF2 mainly.

If anyone has idea of what the right parts to get these days it's most appreciated

Alienware upgrade?

G'day all,

I'm sure someone will know about this here

I'm looking to upgrade my alienware MX15 to the ati card, processor and RAM (which I apparently read is possible) On a desktop I'd be ok to do this myself but I'm a bit uncertain about doing it on a laptop. Any company does this, can I ring Dell up and ask them to do it?

Also, for some reason, while I have 4 gig ram it says only 2.5 is usable. Is that normal?

Cheating in CS Source

Guys,

I just started playing CS again and it really seems that things like flashbangs and millisecond aim/heads shots seems to happen with amazing regularity.

Is it just me or is there a fair amount of cheating in it?
