Rebottling/Recorking

As the topic states.

I have about 30 old bottles of wine and brandy, altogether worth about USD$35,000 to USD$40,000.

At New Year's eve, I noticed that about 6 of them, the corks have dried out. I have to rebottle and recork them now in case the corks fall in.

I usually get them rebottled in the US/Europe but since I returned home, I haven't really seen such a service on offer here.

I live in Kuala Lumpur, but also travel to Kota Kinabalu and Miri for work purposes.

Is there any rebottling service in any of these 3 locations? Or do I have to go down to Singapore?

Also, can these places be trusted? I lost a $5,000.00 bottle of wine because this racist Frenchman decided Asians didn't deserve wine. I do not want a repeat of such an incident.

Edit: Rebottle and recork all of them.
