Recommend 75-85 TV and home theatre setup

Hello guys, moving to a new place and I need recommendation for my setup. Consider myself a noob here so please give your suggestions!

Not sure if this is relevant but my living room will be 20ft x 27ft

Looking at 75 inch or 85 inch tv
Potentially a home theatre setup with basic surround sound etc.

Again I have no idea how to go about this so please throw your ideas and recommendation and I would reply if you need more info!! Thank you!

[Urgent] Direct Owner Second Hand Car Purchase

Tried looking for info but my situation is slightly different so any help would be appreciated.

1. I'm currently in the process of buying a second hand car in another state.
2. I will be meeting up with the owner next week to finalize any paperwork and transfers.
3. I only have one week to get everything done.
4. The owner still has outstanding bank loan payment which they are preparing to clear off. I am applying loan in the same bank as the owner, so they will contra off the payment.
5. I am applying a loan and plan to sign it in my home state.

So the situation is, will there be enough time for the whole transaction to go through in one week if all parties are committed? And what should be the best process to follow to save time?

My current plan is to get the insurance ready and sign the loan agreement by this week, and the owner will get Puspakom check this week.
Next week we will meet up in the owner's place for the owner to do his full settlement and then we will proceed to go to JPJ to do ownership transfer.

Is there anything I am missing out? And when should I be paying the downpayment?

Sorry for the long question since first time buying with direct owner.

Hi sifus, let's say I'm directly purchasing from an owner in a different state, I have some questions regarding the process.

1) For the bank loan, say I am based in Penang and the owner is in KL, which state would it be more advisable to apply bank loan from?

2) Since this is my first time getting a second hand car, can I approach any banks to apply for bank loans? Does anyone have any banker's contact to share?

Hello, I've a budget of around 2k.

Main usage will be mostly surfing the web, watching netflix/youtube and occasionally office work on the go

Looking at either a 2-in-1 laptop or a tablet.

Would like to get all sifus recommendation on whether a tablet+bluetooth keyboard would be better or which model would be most bang for buck ?

Shoulder Injury

Recently during workouts I realized that I have this sharp shoulder/chest pain whenever I bench or do any shoulder related exercises. The pain is not there during my daily life routine, only during workouts which involves weights.

Tried taking a week off from workout to see if it could heal by itself but it is still there without any improvement.

Instead of being a constant pain in the ass it is just hindering my workout progress and I rather get this resolved sooner than later.

My question is, who do I see in this case? A doctor might just prescribe a painkiller and ask me to rest. I am not sure this should involve my chiro as it does not really involve any dislocation or anything. I personally feel it is a muscle.

So who will be the best person to go, to diagnose and treat?

Budget Laptop Recommendation

Hey guys, so I'm in the market for a budget laptop/hybrid.

Basically I need a laptop for on the move usage. Something I can hold with one hand and go for short meetings and editing office work. The laptop will serve 90% of the time for presentation, Microsoft office, or maybe some media streaming from time to time. Hence I do not need anything way too large. Anywhere from 10-13 inches and lightweight would be perfect.

Of course a hybrid would be a bonus just for added functionality.

My budget is around the RM1k++ range.

Currently I am looking at HP Pavilion X2 or Lenovo Miix 310.

Both basically has the same specs and tick all the boxes but of course aren't perfect or powerful in any way. Just basic enough.

Does anyone here have comments about it or a better alternative? Would be open to ideas and inputs.

Recommendation for Bike

Opening this thread to seek advice for my gf's brother.

1) He is working on his bike license and the guy has been dreaming of owning a bigger bike down the road. My gf, her dad and I decided to surprise him with a bike once he gets his license. They asked me to figure out what bike to get for the brother and I am none the wiser about bikes so was thinking if there are any sifus here who can lend me some help.

2) From all I know he is a very laid back guy who would use the bike for normal commute and some weekend long drives. Having tested him got to know he likes something along the line of a cruiser or a sports bike (sorry if I get the term wrong).

3) Just tested him recently and he apparently likes the look of the Naza Cruise 650 and Naza Blade 650 but I couldn't get much info about it especially on the build or maintenance etc . Our budget for him is around RM10-20k ish. I guess any 250cc or 650cc bikes would be acceptable in this range? Along the lines of 250cc I was thinking of the R25 or Z250?

Any inputs would be greatly appreciated especially on the pros and cons.

Some may say this is slightly early. There will be a dinner and flowers of course.

Problem is we are in a situation where we need nothing of particular. Anything too extravagant would be a waste. Wouldn't want anything too simple to avoid looking insincere.

I'm looking to get her something thoughtful, like stuff girls wouldn't mind having extras of.

So anyone knows what stuff a girl would find to be a pleasant surprise even if she has it already?
