Mysejahtera App Reset (No Response)

Yesterday i received a new phone (Android) and switching to that new phone.

Installed Mysejahtera on the new phone, however forgotten the password i used on the old phone (or i never had one? can't remember i set password during my initial setup of Mysejahtera on the old phone),
thus i go to Forgot Password -> Reset Password page.

Key in my MySJ ID , my phone number, and click "Submit".

Not seeing any responses nor error message nor ..any indicator told me that the "Submit" button is working.

any one facing this issue in the past ?

the app version is 1.0.48

Hi, my Maxis home fibre was down since last Friday (15 May 2-15).

I made a report (Refer to report number above) since Friday morning and your customer service told me it might due to modem faulty..

Till now (18 May 2015. Monday 10.21PM) no one contacted me to solve the issue.

I need the internet for SOHO purpose and please..expedite your process ...i am desperate..

Invest in Desa Kiara Condo, TTDI, KL

Hi everyone,

I am under serious consideration to invest in a unit in Desa Kiara Condominium at Jalan Damansara, TTDI, KL.

3rd floor, corner unit, 3 + 1 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1381 sf. freehold, facing to east and the Muslim cemetery.
Full furnished include, wardrobe in 3 rooms, 4 air conds, kitchen cabinet, fridge, washing machine, sofa, dining table etc
Asking price -- RM310K or RM224.48 per sf.

Frankly speaking, once i step into the unit, i felt quite comfortable even though i can see the Muslim cemetery clearly from
the master bedroom, a medium room and balcony. The cemetery is just like a well-maintained landscape to me.

From my observation while viewing the unit, there are quite a number of family include Chinese, Malay, India etc and a lot of foreign college
students staying in the condo. I am impressed with the indoor badminton court as well, rarely there is condo with badminton court nowadays. and the cafeteria at
the club house is full of customers in the evening. And, most importantly, the management of the condo is running by the resident of the condo itself. Hence, maintenance
is done quite well.

This is quite a big contrast from what i been told, heard and studied through Internet and friend.
The information i learn said a lot of foreign labor staying in the condo and hence the place is crowded, i.e. 20 people in a unit.
Security is kind of being compromised. And most of the units in DK condo is vacant cause not one wanted to stay next to the cemetery.
But i saw a lot of parents with kids walking around in the condo in the evening and not a single foreign labor (or i just can't identify them?).
And most of the resident come from the low-class social level, but i saw quite a number of luxury car (BMW, Benz, Audi etc)
parking in the condo (or they are just visitor?)

However, the truth is, the value of the unit is not much appreciated since completion of the condo in the 90s because of the cemetery. Initial price is like RM200k++
So, there is almost no chance for the value to be escalated in the future if i bought the unit at RM310K.
However, rental wise is quite encouraging. RM1.8 ~ RM2.3 per month.
And because of the Glomac Damansara development, i think the rental could be escalated in the future as well (correct me if i am wrong).

I may moving into the house in the future (10 years+) or selling it off, depends.

i am aware that a lot of bank is reluctant to provide leasing facility to Desa Kiara condo unless the buyer pay lot of down payment.

Anyone, any idea, comment or advise?
