Replace PLK Cut Off Fuse Issue

First of all I hope any electrician can help me to clear the doubts.
My PLK cut off fuse (besides the TNB meter) was malfunction.
Here is the original brand
[attachmentid=9040275]

Since I have no confidence to do it by DIY. I called an electrician to do it.
He change the following brand of fuse and holder for me
[attachmentid=9040273]
[attachmentid=9040276]

Now I have two questions
First the original one stated 250V 60A Max, but the new one stated 230V and 63A.
I asked the electrician, he said no problem at all for 230V. My question is Malaysia
using 240V isn't it? If the fuse stated 230V will that cause any issues such as easy
burn out or over heat? Finally malfunction again?

Second question, is that the replacement fuse and the holder (full set) very expensive?
Because the electrician charge me RM220 for that and labour. I feel very expensive,
is that price reasonable or he chop me deep deep?
Thanks
