Downloading Problem

Basically majority of any Programs/File-Sharing and even skype or whatsapp for desktop installers during downloading are a no go.
I tried restarting the router, connect it directly through cable from the router. Still isn't working. It's downloading mid way and then it just stuck at 0b/s.

Just wanted to know if paypal available for HSBC bank, or RHB is the end all be all in Malaysia that can only use paypal since i'm only using HSBC. To be frank, i don't really like have 2 bank account at the same time nor multiples at the same time. Had HSBC for quite sometime now, and i have been a burden to my friend, everytime i wanted to do an online purchasing since he's using a RHB. Kinda wanted to buy myself with what i've got using my own bank acc.

Greetings, I'm a 22 year old unemployed, failed at SPM looking to have some sort certificate on repairing/ building/maintaining a computer. If you guys know any Class/Course to take in PJ or Kelana Jaya area would be appreciated greatly. I don't care about the pricing on the Class/Course. Then, again it would be very convenient and nice especially if it located in the Kelana Jaya since it's very near my house.

Hello, guys. Let me start with my age, I'm 22 in a few months i'm going to be 23 next year. However, i have been unemployed since the late of 19. I failed SPM big time and went straight to start working with my close friend selling kids toys in one of those bazaar type area. Soon, i left and quit the job as i had to moved into a different state far from the place I've worked with him. Thus, i got pretty laid back and got drifted off and became like one of those Japanese NEET/Hikikomori. Shutting myself and just been like that up until now. Mom, approached me a day or two ago. Told me that she had been quiet for a long time and wanted me to start doing something anything. She said that if there's anything i really like to do and start a new beginning they could support. but then i'm on my own. Last, night when i was about to go to bed, i was thinking that i always like to fix computers and build computers. So, since my SPM is a big mess and there's no turning back, i thought atleast i could spend my money in one of those repair pc class and get one of those certificate as a chance to rebuild my life. I know it's not big and even if i have a job with the certificate, the pay is not much but hey it's something than nothing. So, guys is there any good Class course repair computer thingy-ma-jig in Kelana Jaya or anywhere in Petaling Jaya? I don't care about the price of the course, as long as it's good and can become my pick-me-up i'm down.

Hey, i'm going to buy a GTX 750 ti GPU. The card i'm going with is the Gigabyte GTX 750Ti 2GB. Picture will be provided. Okay so far i've done research and measure the graphic card that i'm going to buy. However, there's this thing which i'm not sure, will it block the card? (The Red circle in the picture). What i'm concerned is the right side of the card that is going to be block by that thing (red circle in picture)???

I went to lowyat this afternoon and did a little bit a survey so far i came across 2 Graphic Card that caught my attention but i don't know which one are suitable and reasonable. Either, i picked up the Gigabyte GTX 750Ti - 2GB GDDR5 OR Asus GTX750TI-PH 2G DDR5?

My Spec if you were wondering- Intel Core i5 4460 3.2 GHZ (Boost to 3.4) CPU

Hello, i just upgraded my graphic card and power supply in my factory build desktop (Asus M32AD MY002S). Now, that i had remove the stock graphic card and psu out of the way, will it'll be okay in the future if i wanted to do a "factory reset" with the upgraded component just in case i want to clean my pc? Will it effect my factory reset thus maybe making it corrupt, just because i've had a few custom upgrade from the stock that they've put in the machine?

Is it just me or....?

Hello, guys i would love to address and discuss this in a civilized and polite way. But has anime has been going in decline over the recent years, because none of the anime season that came out in the past and the current one (Spring 2016) has given me any interest at all to watch them. It's just gimmick with all these Moe,cute-girls-doing-cute-things, Slice-of-nothing-will-happen and yours truly the edgy overhype anime like the Boku no hero academia and that steampunk attack-on-titan which i can recalled but i remember dropping it at the second episode due to it's edgyness and people would hype out , will forget within the next season anyways. OR is it just me getting old. OR hayao miyazaki was right at along those people in the anime industry are full of otakus who he quote " "don't spend time watching real people" "humans who can't stand looking at other humans." He then called the industry "full of otaku." Now, i will wrap this up with my conlusion: What are your thoughts? and please make this as mature and polite debate/discussion as possible. Hello, I was thinking to go with either buying a new graphic card either be a GTX 650 1GB/2GB or GTX 750/GTX 750 Ti. However, the issue i'm having is the PSU.I'm currently using a factory build Asus M32AD MY001S desktop. Right now i have about 350 watt of psu wattage. Here i will hook up some pictures to see what type of PSU that im using right now. My final conclusion is that do i really need to upgrade my PSU or is it already enough for those 2 graphics card i've mention?
