Hello all,

Do need your help on this. Was looking at a property earlier, so the sales guy did the calculation & such. Just some part i don get it.

Below is the calculation done:

RM 664,800
Size 962 sqft

1. 5% discount(RM 33,240); so the SPA price is RM 631,560

2. 7% Rebate which is RM 44,209.20
- so, my downpayment is 3% (RM 18,946.80)

3. 5% cash back when VP (from SPA price) = RM 31,578

When calculating PSF, he show as RM 664,800 - RM 33,240 - RM 44,209.20 - RM 31,578 = RM 555,772.80

Therefore RM 555,772.80 / 962 sqft = RM 577 psf

Is this correct?

He says, my actual purchase price of house is RM 555,772.80 - is this right?

Why is the 7% rebate included when calculating psf?

My 90% loan is RM 568,404 but my actual purchase is lower than my loan?

Hello everyone, to be honest i don't do any kind of workout & yes that is really bad. Belly is getting bigger, weight going up, double chin is also getting bigger & etc.

I would like to take the first step to begin working out & hope that all the experts here can give some pointers. I would like to start it out at home, I dont have any exercise machine, so what should i do?

I hope to accomplish the following:

1. Reduce weight
2. Reduce waist line, reduce the fat belly & man-boobs
3. Reduce buttock size
4. Remove double chin
5. Built stamina

What kind of exercise should I start? How long per day?

Keyboard keys turn into shortcuts.

Sometime I dunno what i press or whatever, each keys turn into a shortcut e.g. press F opens File.

How do you disable this???? Or how do you toggle it ON & OFF.

It is really annoying & inconvenient when this happens in the middle of work!

Hey guys, really big headache here. Just change phone from W595 to X10 Mini Pro, been trying to "Send all contacts" over to the new phone, but failed! The handphone shop guys have been trying all sorts of ways, I left the phone with him from 1pm until 9.30pm also cant solve the problem. Really DAMN DESPERATE now , really no mood liao n feeling a little regret buying the phone. Hope you guys can provide some solutions.

Hey guys, want to ask if anyone know what is the salary range for sales/marketing execs - with 2 to 3 years experience in sales. Will be involve in a different industry, but still in sales department. The job requires to travel outstation within west Malaysia. Is there a market rate for allowances? (petrol, toll, car allowance, etc..). Hope you guys can share your experience. I have not been offered the job, only shortlisted - but was given a briefing on the job scope. Really want to have a rough idea on the salary and allowance rates.

Upgrading RAM

Hey guys, i need some advice from you all.

PC Spec: Intel Pentium D 2.66
Motherboard: P5RD1-VM
RAM: Kingston KVR400 - 512mb x 2
GC: en8400GS

Im thinking of buying new RAM for my pc but i have no idea what is compatible with my rig. What kind of RAM can I go for? I was thinking of either 1gig of those high-performance RAM or 2gig of just regular ones. Please give some recommendation.
