Hilux scratch my Proton, should I report?

Road block at Jln Puchong cause jam a bit.
Every car can only go by right most lane.
I am already at right most lane.

Then this Hilux came to bully. It's always Hilux ya?
He stick closely to the car infront of his row, intend to force into my lane.
Universal unwritten rule is cars should go zigzag (selang-seli) right?
I allow the car infront of his to go, but not Hilux.
Because he stick too close, his front right scratch on my left side door.

Mine is Proton, lembik. My scratch is way worse than his.
I dont want to waste time, consider my bad luck really just want to leave.
But he seem not satisfied. He thinks it was my fault
So I offer either we go home settle our own or report police.
The bugger went to kacau the road block officers asked them to look.

Police clearly dont want to but-in, said same thing.
Either go home or go report and pay saman rm300.

I plan not to do anything.
But if this guy go report then the fault will be on me right?
Should I report?
Private Placement at lower price than market

I just started buying stocks less than one month ago. Still trying to understand how stock works please bear with me.
I want to understand why Private Placement is legal and allowed, any gurus can input some insight?

Some history:
I am one of the victim of KYY. I traded and EP AT at 0.255. Barely two days, shark cash out and left price at 0.18.
I didnt cut loss, converted this trade to investment and avg loss at 0.185. Now price at 0.2.

The problem is this stupid counter keep doing PP at price lower than market price and dilute my shares.
Why is this allowed, why is this legal?

Now why is this a problem. Here is a scenario.
Example let say Mr.X is insider/director/operator/shark/member-of-the-syndicate.
Mr.X just sold all his shares and earn from ikan bilis when price at 0.27.
But now Mr.X see there are still many ikan bilis never sell.
Price now at 0.2. He has no more share, what to do, hrm.

Since Mr.X can PP at lower price, then just pakat with Mr.Y, another member-of-the-syndicate outside.
"Hey Mr.Y. Tomorrow I PP exercise sell you 100m share at 0.01. After you sell, we split 50/50.
Meanwhile I will just open Telegram ATian group, take factory pictures/videos and convince ikan bilis from leaving."

For easy calculation, let say all AT share owned by ikan bilis total 200m. Current market price 0.2.
Mr.Y gets to buy at 0.01 but sells at 0.2, 100m shares.
Let just say he sold all with no price fluctuation. So after dilution current new price = ((0.2 + 0.01) x 200m) / 300m = 0.14
Result:
Each ikan bilis loss 0.2->0.14 or 30%
Mr.Y pay 1m but sell 20m. Divide 50/50 is net 9.5m for both Mr.X and Mr.Y.
AT raised fund 1m out from this PP. Hey thats not enough, lets raise fund again do PP some more and further dilute ikan bilis shares.

Tell me this why this simple scheme doesnt work.
If bossku can escape 2.6b, nothing will ever happen to small potato like Mr.X or Mr.Y.

EDIT: I put on wrong directory, can admin move this to Stock Exchange topic?

Should I change my job?

This have been eating at me for quite sometime.
During MCO 3rd week, my company decided to send me out to support a customer.
The job itself is very simple but problem is have to do minimal travel and meet other people.
Is a key customer alright but I knew the job itself actually is not that critical i.e. my big boss simply couldnt handle the customer.
Supposedly even had the MITI letter issued. However I directly reject my big boss instruction.
My reason is I dont want to risk my life and my parents that lived with me. MCO period, dont go out, danger. The message is simple, obvious and clear.
I argue that the boss should handle the customer and if required, the job has to be postponed until MCO over.
I even gave option where if I got infected within 14days, he liable for all compensation.
If he agree, if it is really that urgent and then I go. Fair right? He gave no answer.

At the end I didnt need to attend the job, but HR said I need to be penalized by forcing me apply 1 week annual leave.
For the job itself, I thought the boss handled the customer but actually later I found out the boss just instructed another engineer to attend the job.

I didnt comply with the penalty i.e. apply 7d leave. Later my immediate manager called and chase me to apply leave.
The problem is he genuinely believe I was selfish because I refused the job (was included in yearly KPI, wth?).
The vibe he gave was that I should have stand with the team and attended the job.
He also said my option was invalid (if got infected within 14days, boss should be liable for compensation).
The job comes from company so I shall be protected by SOCSO, boss do not need to risk personally.
If my parents died because I infected them SOCSO will compensate me, wtf is he even saying? That was insulting.

IMO the manager should always take care of his immediate subordinates' welfare, even fake it if he must.
The way where he stand with HR side and penalized me means I have no future with this company?
I am 43 and has been working with this company for 10years. Looking for job with same salary at this age is difficult, even more so nowadays.
Anyhow I am in IT field, System Integration as System Engineer, 7k per month.
What to do with kiasu badminton players?

*edited topic title coz too many characters

First off, kiasu=sore loser. See how many you can recognize here:
A) When they make mistakes, they tend to look at racquet, or the light, or inspecting the floor or want to change shuttle.
B) When their partner make mistakes, they become badminton coach trying to mentor the victim.
C) Play like newbie; keep trying to cover whole court himself, keep taking shots late, clash racquet.
D) When lose game, show sour face or blame partner.
IMO the B+C type is the worst offender.

I am no expert, pretty novice actually.
I usually play defensively unless opponents are the better players.
Meaning doing more lob/clear let opponents attack, wait for their mistake, try to play long rally, rarely smash unless in real nice position.
However if my partner is attacking I always make sure to cover front court for him.

If there is one thing I dont do it is winning since my games are all casual, non professional, non competition, no stake, no prize to be won.
I often lost count of the score and have tendency to lose the game even when opponent is weaker.
However most people would still only want winning rather than playing good/interesting game.

IMO for Men Doubles if you want to win you need to play aggressively and that translated to short rally, risky shots, no lob/clear, always try smash/drop repeat non stop.
Such kind of game does not appeal much to me. Does anyone find this strange? How do you play your game?

Any 10km/HM/FM runners here train using HR?

Came across these info: aerobic(70-80%mhr), anaerobic(80-90%mhr) and lactate threshold.
These suggested I had been training wrong i.e. run too fast, only suffer pain but not beneficial.
So I try run slowly, supposedly the aerobic zone but I found that just not possible.
Even if I run to the point slower than walking speed my HR will just stay very high like 140+.
The slow running business feel so silly to me but there is so much info on these that they must be useful somehow.
80% slow run, 20% tempo? Anyone really doing that here?

Additional info about me as fellow runner

» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «

Characteristics: age 43, 170cm, 75kgs, Chinese, Malaysian.
I am slow runner ya, but I have been doing running for years.
Started running as a way to maintain fitness but eventually done first HM on 2014Dec result 2h41m.
Off and on, done another HM on 2018Oct for 3h+.

My usual running pattern:
#1 Run 1-2 times per week, try complete 10km asap.
#2 If time drop too low, start doing more running.
#3 If gets too fat, go join HM and train.
Current fitness level => 10km 82mins

Why I keep thinking insurance is a scam?

I have been evaluating and researching about insurance for years, which to choose, whether buy or not.
The interest come and go but everytime I just end up no purchase.
I just couldnt shake off the feeling where insurance company got the better deal.

This is my understanding; One way or another, any type of insurance is basically works like gambling.
I bet x amount of $ that 'bad things' will happen. Insurance company took the bet that 'bad things' wont happen.
If 'bad things' didnt happen, insurance company wins the bet.
If 'bad things' did happen, I win and insurance payout, albeit I died/lost a limb/car accident etc.

Many insurance agent will argue the gamble analogy is not accurate because gamble ends up with one party wins but the opposite loses. Insurance is a win win deal.
That is simply not true. The insurance company must have the better odds of winning because otherwise, insurance will end up payout more than receive.
Sooner or later the company will end up bankrupt and the agents are all out of job.
No, their odds of winning must be enough to cover all the bets payout, the agents salary, their commissions, the water/electricity bill etc and still have net profit.

I can imagine now some will argue 'No, thats not how an insurance company works. The insurance premium you paid is not just bet money where it sit idle as a payout/stake.
The money is pooled then in turn is invested somewhere.' Again this have its own invalidity.
If the customer money is invested and the profit is used to "cover all the bets payout, the agents salary, their commissions, the water/electricity bill etc and still have net profit",
how about the customer invest the money themselves and the profit is used to "cover just their own bets payout"?
Surely the customer investment will be more easily succeeded since there is noneed to cover "the agents salary, their commissions, the water/electricity bill etc and still have net profit"

Boy I do hope there is a kind soul here that somehow could understand me and point me a direction.
